A labor of love and passion, PEAKS was founded on the idea of elevating the traditional Hawaiian shave ice while introducing diverse ethnic flavors to the Wolfeboro community. Our family has roots in Filipino, French, Italian, Hawaiian, and Spanish cultures, and were raised to appreciate and savor the unique tastes of the world.

The journey of PEAKS began in 2021 under a humble tent, with nothing but shaved ice to offer. By 2022, our family had transformed our dream into a full-fledged food truck, dishing out delectable delights from Korea, the Philippines, the Middle East, India, and South America.

PEAKS proudly partners with local farms and businesses around the Lakes Region and Seacoast, ensuring that only the highest quality ingredients find their way onto our menu. PEAKS shave ice syrups are lovingly crafted from fresh fruits, and are 100% free of artificial colors and flavors. Each delightful combination was inspired by the tallest peaks from around the world, a tribute to the adventurous spirit in us all!
